Hope: (n. a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen or a feeling of trust)

Domestic tranquility – Mark has often talked about how forging peace in the home gives hope for a better future

Clean water – “there’s no shame in hope, because God’s love is poured over our hearts.” Clean water is a cornerstone of health and thus hope.


Deepen Faith

Faith: (n. strong belief in God or in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof)

Economic mobility – creating better economics means families have reduced stress and more temporal freedom to develop spiritual wellness.

Childcare access – introducing children to faith concepts.


Demonstrate Love

Love:(n. patience, kindness, humility, respect, truth-seeking, freedom from envy, and the despite of failure)

Housing access – having your own roof overhead – which one could say frees people from envy and feeling like a failure.

Food access – Food is one of the best ways to demonstrate kindness.

Healing addiction – breaking addiction helps reestablish self-respect and frees the addict from feeling like a failure.
