Wave Children's Ministries: Infant - 6th grade
Welcome to the Children’s Ministries at First United. This is where children will dive into God’s word as they develop the skills to unlock the Bible’s message and explore the depths of God's love so that they may discover hope and deepen their faith so they will always know God loves them, period!.
First United serves as the guide to help children learn how to discover hope, deepen their faith, and demonstrate love to others as we deepen the children's faith formation.
Children's Ministries allows children to wonder, discover, and play as we have faith conversations, build relationships, listen to stories, and explore the Bible in many ways.
Sunday Wave Programming
Sundays at 9am PreK-6th grade in the Multipurpose Room
Nursery meets in the Children's Wing | Grades K-5th grade meet in Room B in the Children's Wing
With Grow Kid’s, children look forward to the purposeful and encouraging lessons each week. Grow helps children growspiritually at church and at home. It also helps children apply their knowledge of God’s Word in everyday life. With GrowTV, the video element each week, children see and hear the Bible Story come to life. With crafts, snacks and games children will be able to understand the lesson even better as each activity encourages the in-depth Bible message of the week.
