Welcome to the Children’s Ministries at First United. This is where children will dive into God’s word as they develop the skills to unlock the Bible’s message and explore the depths of God's love so that they may discover hope and deepen their faith.

Childcare and Nursery During Worship
Thursdays 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm and Sundays 8:45 am to 12:15 pm
We want your family to have a wonderful nursery experience as we partner in deepening the faith of your little one. Our nursery strives to be a place where each child feels love and parents feel safe and comfortable leaving their precious little ones. The health and safety of your child is one of our primary concerns. We are committed to keeping our nursery clean and sanitary. Our ratio of caring adults ensures each child’s needs will be personally met as he or she begins to discover the hope and love of Jesus.
Sunday WAVE - 9:00 am Pre-K - 4th grade
Sunday Morning WAVE children develop the skills to unlock the Bible’s message as they “dive deeper” into the Bible, and explore the depths of God’s love. We nourish and enrich children, from birth through tweens, so that they have a living-faith experience that helps them discover what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ today!
We will travel on an around the world adventure full of new friends and new encounters with the Bible and with God. With Deep Blue, children will make Bible stories, Bible people, and Bible passages a part of their lives. They also will come to know the Bible as THEIR book and find ways to let the Bible speak to them today!
Summer Sunday WAVE
Summer Sunday WAVE is at 9 am during June, July and August. We meet in a one classroom setting ages K-4th. Summer Sunday WAVE is more relaxed and allows all the children to get to know one another.
