Disciple Bible Study Courses are 32 to 34 weeks, starting in August and meeting weekly for two hours in a small group format. The course includes daily scripture reading and reflection, viewing of a short video, and sharing questions/reactions in the discussion of the weekly subject. Share in this life-changing opportunity to grow at your own pace in your understanding of the Scriptures.
- Disciple 1 - (Becoming Disciples through Bible Study) is the foundation course that provides an overview of the entire Bible. It is a pre-requisite to the other courses. After completing Disciple 1 the following course may be taken in any order desired.
- Disciple 2 - (Into the Word, Into the World) focuses on the Old Testament of Genesis and Exodus and the New Testament portion of Luke and Acts.
- Disciple 3 - (Remember Who You are) studies the Old Testaments major Prophets and the New Testament studies are of Paul's letters.
- Disciple 4 - (Writings) studies on the Writing (all of the books of the Old Testament not in the Torah or Prophets) and the New Testament focuses on the Gospel of John 1,2,3, John, James, Jude and Revelation. This course will be offered if there is sufficient interest.
- Jesus and the Gospels - This 30-Week course is focused on the four Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. This course will be offered if there is sufficient interest.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you and surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
